Under this program, we are available to you during normal business hours via phone, letter, and email to review and provide advice on legal issues arising from most of the day-to-day operations of your business or practice on an as-needed basis.
Additionally, once a Client joins this program, we conduct an initial review of the current corporate/business entity structure and operating agreements, current employment and personnel policies, and any critical contracts to assess whether any changes might be required.
Certain matters are excluded from the scope of this General Counsel Program, however we offer Clients who participate in the General Counsel Program reduced hourly billing rates for excluded matters.
